Renovatio, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing vision care and donating prescription glasses to those who need it most. With two traveling ophthalmological clinics in an adapted bus, they travel throughout Brazil offering quality ophthalmological care and distributing free prescription glasses to needy communities, public schools, riverside communities, among others. To improve its services, Renovatio needed a comprehensive management system for consultations, which includes everything from registering users (patients, doctors, technicians and receptionists) to registering medical records, scheduling appointments, organizing the service list, sending prescriptions, referrals, and safe medication management. GAFIT developed an easy-to-use tool, with a friendly interface, simplifying the process for different types of users. This way, Renovatio can continue transforming lives with greater accuracy in records, easier monitoring of consultations and more efficient management of service time.
