The Parque da Cidade Complex is a mixed-use development in São Paulo/SP that integrates a shopping mall, corporate towers, a JW Marriott hotel, residential buildings (UNA and EZ Parque), and social areas. This project delivers the digital layer that connects all these spaces in a unified experience for visitors, retailers, and users. The solution consists of a mobile application (iOS and Android), the main channel for engaging with the public, and a search pipeline integrated with Algolia, responsible for indexing and discovering stores, services, events, and news with real-time synchronization via API. The ecosystem was conceived with three central objectives: to centralize the visitor journey in a single digital channel; to increase engagement and retention through dynamic content, events, news, and cinema, combined with loyalty functionalities via the Prizor/CRMall program for invoices; and to give individual visibility to each retailer and operation of the complex, with dedicated pages containing hours, contacts, social networks, and location by floor.
