Gugs Motoboy Express is a logistics operation specializing in deliveries via motorcycle couriers, serving retail chains, bakeries, restaurants, and other client institutions in different regions of Brazil. This project delivers the complete digital ecosystem that supports the entire operation, from order to financial reconciliation. The platform consists of a central administrative panel for managing institutions, motorcycle couriers, schedules, and billing; a corporate panel dedicated to each client institution; a mobile application for motorcycle couriers with ride acceptance and geolocation; and a real-time monitoring dashboard with the operational status of the delivery network. Completing the ecosystem are a scheduling system with shifts and vacancies, a financial engine with the issuance of electronic invoices (NFS-e), bank slips, and PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), and a payment flow to motorcycle couriers via EFI Bank API with segregation of duties and full auditability. The results speak for themselves: over 750,000 deliveries and 250,000 services processed with a completion rate above 90%, automated billing eliminating manual processes, and a reduction in average server resource consumption from 50% to 20% — making the platform more stable and efficient for the entire operation.
